The Night Bus

Leela was travelling to her grandmother's village on an overnight bus.
Leela was travelling to her grandmother's village on an overnight bus. She could not sleep. Outside the window the moon followed the bus like a friendly silver ball. The conductor offered her a biscuit, and an old lady taught her a song. By morning, Leela had three new friends and a song to sing to Grandma. She decided that journeys are best when you say hello.
