The Library Mouse

Poem · by Zoya · Class 4 · Lakeview Public School, Bhubaneswar

A tiny mouse in the library lives,…

A tiny mouse in the library lives,
And nibbles on the page that gives
The sweetest crumbs of stories old,
Of pirates, dragons, and knights bold.

He reads at night when all are gone,
By the light of a little yawn.
He never tears a single book,
He only takes a little look.
