My First Look at Saturn

Article · by Ishaan · Class 6 · Riverbend School, Vijayawada

A tiny yellow light turned into a planet with rings.

On Saturday night our school science club set up a telescope on the terrace. At first all I saw was a small yellow dot. Then the teacher turned the knob, and suddenly there was Saturn with its rings, like a hat floating in the dark!

I was so excited that I forgot to blink. Our teacher said Saturn is at its brightest this week, so it is the best time to look.

If you get a chance, go and see it. Seeing a real planet is far better than any picture.
